Solution-focused therapy (SFT) is a brief and goal-oriented approach to psychotherapy that focuses on finding solutions rather than dwelling on problems. From the point of view of SFT you already have the resources and strengths to overcome difficulties and improve your life.

From there, we would identify your strengths and resources, and to develop a clear and achievable plan to reach your goals. SFT can include a range of techniques to help you focus on positive outcomes, including scaling questions, miracle questions, and future-oriented questions.
