I help by guiding you beyond the conscious level of awareness. Rational thinking isn’t going to be the solution here, if it was you would have fixed this a long time ago. (I might offer home practices that seem vaguely similar to meditations to those who want to practice this way at home, but it is very much only an option and it is also very different and much more active and practical that the types of meditation you have likely come across before)
